Toyota Mirai ("Future" in Japanese) is a sedan produced by the Japanese car manufacturer Toyota since 2015, after its official presentation the previous year at the Los Angeles Motor Show. It is a fuel cell hydrogen vehicle. It is currently sold in Japan, the United States and some European countries including the United Kingdom, Denmark, Belgium and Germany.
The communication objective of this project is to raise awareness of the hydrogen as a major source of power for the engines.Technology used and branded Toyota.
Hydrogen can be produced from different natural sources and waste materials. For example, it can be derived from water through renewable resources such as solar and wind. It is a safe source of energy, free of carbon dioxide, which can be obtained from multiple renewable resources. When used as a fuel, hydrogen does not emit any gas that is harmful to the environment. It is no coincidence that the Japanese term "mirai" means "future".

For this project I created a multi-subject print campaign. In the first one we see the inside of the tank and the petrol pump from which water comes out, this to emphasize the fact that the Toyota Mirai is powered by hydrogen and not by petrol like the other machines. The addition of fish and seagull underlines the eco-sustainability of the machine: a union between nature and technology, between nature and man. Water was chosen because it is one of the three elements from which hydrogen is obtained, represented here in a way that is simple to understand and immediate from the eye.

In the second one you see the inside of the tank and the petrol pump from which some plants come out, this to emphasize the fact that the Toyota Mirai is powered by hydrogen and not by petrol like the other machines. The addition of flowers and bee underlines the eco-sustainability of the machine: a union between nature and technology, between nature and man. The plants were chosen because they are one of the three elements from which hydrogen is obtained, represented here in a way that is easy to understand and immediate from the spot.

In the third we see the inside of the tank and the petrol pump from which it comes out of the earth, this to emphasize the fact that the Toyota Mirai is powered by hydrogen and not by petrol like the other machines. The addition of the mole underlines the eco-sustainability of the machine: a marriage between nature and technology, between nature and man. The land / fertilizer was chosen because it is one of the three elements from which hydrogen is obtained, represented here in a way that is simple to understand and immediate from a glance.
